The SC-1000 is a single hit projection and spot welder. The machine requires very little floor space, and maintenance can be done quickly due to the open design. If higher volume jobs are required, projection nut or stud feed units can be readily adapted to the welder. Tipaloy has been building this welder for over 25 years, and many of our customers have referred to the SC-1000 as “Bullet Proof” when describing its durability and longevity.
The SC-2000 is a heavy-duty welder with superior follow up supplied by Air over Oil pressure system for single hit projection and spot welding projects. The lower knee comes with a "T" slotted platen adapter to hold any tooling or fixturing required for your parts.
Hanging Guns
The SC-3000 is an extremely flexible machine. The deep throat depth allows for easy resistance or spot welding of large sheet metal pieces.

The SC-4000 is designed with upper and lower working surfaces of 8" X 30". Because of this design, the SC-4000 offers a perfect solution for jobs requiring from two to six weld cylinders. Available with either air or Air over Oil cylinders, this welder is perfect for almost any welding application.
